First Session: It’s All About Them

  • Introduction and setting expectations.

  • Activities: True leadership focuses on what you can do for others.

  • Make it about them.

Second Session: See A Need And Do Something About It

  • Activities and group singing: Creating positive influence

  • House group war cry: Using my giftedness to build others.

  • See a need and do something about it.

Third Session: Servant Leaders

  • Servant leadership.

  • Ritual: Encouraging others to step up and into leadership.

  • Closing prayer

Program Overview

Outcomes:

Servant leaders regularly ask themselves one question: “What does this moment require of me?” This question guides their thinking, being, and acting in all situations.

Your students will explore what it means to be a servant leader and discover how they can use their current gifts and strengths to serve each other and their school community.

Suitable Year Levels:

Years 11 and 12. A tailored version of this program is created for Student Leadership Groups.

Number of Students:

Between 30 and 250 (subject to suitable venue).

Program Length:

Full school day.

Investment:

This full-day program is $22 ex GST per student.

The daily minimum is $2000 ex GST.

Travel expenses are additional for schools further than a 2hr drive from Brisbane.

Personally, I was on such a high after the day especially viewing how the students participated with enthusiasm, engagement, and openness in their sharing throughout the day.
